Return and Refund Policy – Sleeria
At Sleeria, we are committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 100-day guarantee for returning your items after receiving them.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns are limited to two (2) items per order for a refund.

Store credit and exchanges are unlimited per order.

If there is a price difference for exchanged items, customers will either need to pay the extra amount or will be refunded the difference. Exchanges will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Fees
We do not provide prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
As long as your order status is "UNFULLFILLED" the order can be canceled from your end before 07:59 a.m. (BST) of the next day.
The order will not be eligible for cancellation if it has already been fulfilled.
Chargeback and Return Policy
At Sleeria, we are committed to providing a seamless and fair resolution process for all our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues or initiate a return within the scope of our 100-day guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item first and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
